  • Información de su negocio: web, fotos exposición o anuncios profesionales en portales de Internet.
  • Declaración titularidad real firmada y sellada(obligatorio, descargue documento aquí)

    Autónomo:

  • DNI en color por ambas caras
  • IAE (epígrafe Com. Vehs Terrestres)
  • Información de su negocio: web, fotos exposición o anuncios profesionales en portales de Internet.
