How can I register?

As long as you’re a professional car buyer and you have a physical or virtual establishment to sell them, you can join the exclusive LeasePlan network

Fill in the form that you’ll find on the Join menu. In addition to your details, we’ll need you to send us the following documents: Photocopy of company’s tax I.D. / Photocopy of representative’s I.D. / Photocopy of articles of association / Photocopy of the last Business Tax

When will I know if the vehicle has been awarded to me?

You’ll receive a confirmation email 24 hours after the bidding closes.

After paying for the vehicle, when can I collect it from the car lot?

On the day we receive payment for the vehicle, you’ll receive an email in which we’ll confirm that authorisation has been given to deliver it. If you have paid for home delivery or you want to collect it from a different logistics centre than the current one, you’ll receive an additional email indicating the anticipated delivery date.

When are they delivering my vehicle?

You can always check the delivery status of your vehicle with the tracking number you’ll receive by email. All you have to do is enter your private area, on the My Services menu, and select “Check the status of your vehicles being delivered".

How do I obtain a vehicle’s Service Records?

While the auction is open, you can download the records for each vehicle when viewing the details of that vehicle.

If you need a more detailed report, you can request it at the email address

What happens to my documents and with the change of ownership?

You can download the scanned documents or check the status of the change of ownership procedure on our management website. To do this, enter your private area and enter the Agency menu.

How do I obtain a copy of an invoice?

You can obtain it by going to the Online Billing menu in your private area.
